Winter Writing Camp 2024 will be Saturday, February 24, for writers ages 5 and up, no experience necessary. Registration is now open and will close January 31 or when all seats are full.

Warm up and write at the 7th Annual Winter Writing Camp! The day-long camp offers writing activities led by regional writers and has dedicated tracks for kids, teens, and adults.

In addition to writing fun, attendees will enjoy a musical performance by cellist Lynn Cardwell, a trip to the library, a delicious (and nutritious) lunch, a Youngstown cookie table, an open mic, and cool writing gear–all for free!

Workshops for adults on such topics as developing and embodying fictional characters, tapping into your imagination, first drafts, and writing profiles, by Dahlia Fisher, Adrianna Lamonge, Delaney Mathew, Lindsay Sinkovich, David Swerdlow, Katie Urs & James Winter.
