Lit Youngstown is excited to be participating in this terrific event!
The Lincoln Knolls Plaza will come alive with pop-up businesses, an art gallery, performances, a cafe, street trees, a farmer’s market and outdoor seating to demonstrate what the plaza could be, with the goal of catalyzing more permanent improvements in the future that will support and promote local artists and businesses. Even if it rains on Saturday, there will still be plenty of indoor activities, including free haircuts for kids, storytelling, poetry readings, the art gallery, and keno, bridge, spades and bingo games
We will be inside, so rain or shine, come visit us. Write a poem on the Mother of All Chalkboards, fold a story into Storygami, take home a beautiful children’s picture book, and stay for a 2:00 reading featuring Robin Wesson, Caitlyn Ryan & Bill Soldan.
Saturday, August 13, 2016 Lincoln Knolls Plaza on McCartney Rd (Rt. 422) 12:00pm-4:00pm
