Kristen Lepionka is the author of the Columbus-based Roxane Weary private eye series and a two-time Shamus Award winner. She is also cofounder of the feminist podcast Unlikeable Female Characters, and serves as the president of the Midwest chapter of Mystery Writers of America.

Yolonda Tonette Sanders is the author of the Protective Detective series featuring Columbus homicide detective Troy Evans. She also runs Yo Productions, LLC, offering services to writers; founded Women’s Weekend Writeaway; is a cofounder of the yearly Faith and Fellowship Book Festival; and is an editor for Urban Ministries, Inc.

Andrew Welsh-Huggins, an Associated Press reporter, is the author of the Andy Hayes private eye series, including the Nero Award-nominated Fatal Judgment. Andrew is also the editor of the anthology Columbus Noir, and his short fiction has appeared in publications including Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine, Mystery Weekly, and Mystery Tribune.
